Throughout the day, you’ll receive not only practical knowledge but also profound, embodied experiences. Through guided breathing exercises and an optional ice bath, you’ll feel the real impact of the method in your own body — with dedicated personal attention and guidance every step of the way.
Date: Saturday 10:00-16:00, 22 November 2025
You will be provided:
– Yoga mat
– Filtered water, hot drinks & healthy snacks throughout the day
– A nourishing warm lunch to recharge inside and out
